Pride of Baltimore II

Suttons Bay was fortunate to have "Pride of Baltimore II" spend the night in our waters last evening. This afternoon she headed down to Traverse City for a couple days. Since Andy was at work, I did the best I could using my little point and shoot. (not so good!) Traverse city posted some fun shots of her arrival. Click here to see those.

    She is a beauty!! Gaff rigged schooner with square rigged sail on top..a style more popular in the USA than Canada. Look at those skipjack masts!!...we really enjoyed these photos Michele.. Thank you.

    Thanks Brenda! I wish Andy would have been able to get some pictures! I know his would have been really nice.

    I don't know anything about about tall ships but I love to see them!
