Fall Dunes

We came across a new hike to us called Arcadia Dunes Nature Reserve. The hiking trails were recently completed and it was a wonderful surprise when coming upon it, serendipitously, on a beautiful fall drive just south of Frankfort. We plan to go back!

The main trail onto the dunes. This dune is called "Old Baldy".

    What an incredible spot! I loved especially the first photo where the sky becomes water, almost no horizon visible.
